Dhoni retains fourth spot in Forbes India Top 100 list

Captain cool M S Dhoni, managed to retain his fourth spot from last year’s Forbes India Celebrity Top 100 list. India’s ODI captain is the only athlete to feature in the top five of the list dominated by Bollywood stars.

Virat Kohli, who recently won his first home series against a top-ranked South Africa, is ranked 7th, while Sachin Tendulkar was ranked a rung below at 8th.

Meanwhile, tennis star Sania Mirza and badminton World No.2 Saina Nehwal are ranked 38th and 39th respectively. Incidentally, they are the only two female and non-cricket athletes to be listed within the top 50.

As many as 15 sportspersons are in the top 50 of the list.
