Australian wicketkeeper Mathew Wade didn't walk despite clearly edging pacer Umesh Yadav behind on the third day of the ongoing first Test against India in Pune. Umpire Richard Kettleborough turned down the appeal and India could not challenge the decision as they didn't have any reviews left.

Australia skipper Steve Smith scored a majestic century as the visitors took control of the proceeding on the third day. On the second ball of the 66th over, Yadav got Wade to edge behind but Kettleborough turned it down. Replays and Ultra Edge showed that Wade had clearly knicked it.

Wade didn't walk. The wickekeeper's joy was shortlived as he edged Yadav behind four balls later. Australia made 285 in their second innings to set the hosts a mammoth 441 for victory.
