Rohit Sharma reveals MI's secret for success this season

The Mumbai franchise has been on a roll this season winning 8 out of their last 10 matches so far this season. The two-time Champions were known for their scrappy starts in previous seasons where they somehow managed to earn a playoff spot. However, this year has been the opposite for MI who started the tournament strongly and have been consistent throughout.

Rohit Sharma finally gave away the secret ingredient to their success which was nothing but coping with the pressure while on the field. The Mumbai team has been particularly impressive with their performance under high pressure conditions where they have managed to bounce back in the game and emerge with maximum points.

“At the start of the season, we focused a lot on the mental aspect of the game because we wanted to be very strong in that area,” Sharma told

“As a captain, I would like the guys to remain focused and move in the right direction."

Sharma took note of Delhi's dazzling performance against the Gujarat side and has urged his team to not take them lightly when they go against them today. 

“Looking at how Delhi Daredevils have played the last two games, they look like a complete unit now. Let us see what Delhi has got for us,” he signed off.
