‌There is no greater delight for a pacer than crafting an unplayable delivery and dismissing a celebrated batter. Such was the case in the Group D clash between Netherlands and South Africa, where Logan Van Beek's jaffa left Reeza Hendricks utterly confounded leading to a sublime bowled dismissal.

The Proteas enjoyed a successful stint on the field after winning the toss and opting to bowl. Ottneil Baartman's four-wicket haul and Anrich Nortje's exceptional bowling performance restricted the Dutch to a meager 103/9 in 20 overs. However, South Africa's openers faced immediate trouble during their chase. Quinton de Kock was run out on the first ball of the innings due to a mix-up, and their woes deepened when Reeza Hendricks was dismissed in the second over.

On the fourth ball of the second over, Logan van Beek came over the wicket to Hendricks and bowled a length ball, angled around the off stump. Meanwhile, Hendricks attempted a half-forward defensive stroke, but the ball's perfect line straightened past the outside edge and clipped the top of the off stump. With this dream delivery, the 33-year-old New Zealand-Dutch pacer was elated, celebrating with his teammates as a dejected Hendricks walked back to the pavilion.

The Twitterverse was astounded by van Beek's delivery, with social media buzzing about the exceptional dismissal.
