Pitch and Weather
The Sharjah surface did not play much differently to the track on offer for the first two games, with the ball coming onto the bat nicely for most parts barring some zip off the deck for the pacers. The spinners found some grip too, albeit the dew in the second half of the game made the task much harder.
Extremely humid conditions and temperatures of 34 degrees Centigrade did not help the players either in dealing with the challenges on offer.
Toss
Bangladesh won the toss and opted to field first.

Match Report
United Arab Emirates stood on the brink of history when they stared down a chaseable target midway through the third T20I against Bangladesh on Wednesday but a disciplined bowling effort from the visitors and poor shot selection by the visitors eventually ensured Bangladesh return home with the series in the bank.
Opting to bat first despite the dew factor at hand, Bangladesh got off to an explosive start courtesy the shot making prowess of opener Tanzid Hasan. The 24-year-old's blistering 48 off just 27 balls more than made up for skipper Litton Das' struggles against the new ball until he departed for a 14-ball 18, before Najmul Hosssain Shanto added to the adrenaline with boundaries of his own to take the powerplay score past 50. The duo put on an entertaining 64-run stand for the second wicket and even when they fell in quick succession to Muhammad Jawadullah, Towhid Hridoy ensured the momentum was not swept away with a rapid-fire 39 featuring four boundaries and two maximums to take Bangladesh to 176/7.
In response, Tanzim Hasan Sakib provided his team an early breakthrough by dispatching Muhammad Zohaib with the new ball. However, skipper Muhammad Waseem showed little signs of wanting to leave at the other end, the man of the match from two days ago once again showcasing his brilliant range of hitting and sheer power. The likes of Rahul Chopra and Asif Khan contributed with valuable 20s at the other end as the score edged past 80 by the halfway mark of the chase, and the foundation was set for Waseem to once again take the game away from the Tigers. His four maximums and six boundaries in a 32-ball knock of 59 did set UAE on their way, even as Rishad Hossain almost singlehandedly kept the scoring rates down with brilliant figures of 2/24, to leave 50 required in the final five. However, Tanzim burst through Waseem's gates in the 16th over and then added another scalp for good measure to practically secure the game for the visitors as UAE eventually ended 19 short of Bangladesh's total.
Player of the Match
Tanzim Hasan Sakib's three-wickets in the match -- including a powerplay strike and the scalp of danger man Muhammad Waseem -- played a decisive role in the game to earn him the man of the match award.
