Forest Green Rovers have launched the world’s first fully certified vegan football kit in collaboration with Reflo, co-owned by Harry Kane. Forest Green begin their National League campaign on August 9 vs Solihull Moors.

For the 2025-26 season, Forest Green Rovers have unveiled the world’s first fully certified vegan football kit, created in partnership with Reflo, the eco-conscious sportswear brand co-owned by England striker Harry Kane. The bold new design features a nature-inspired leopard print, with players donning a bright green home strip and a striking pink kit for away matches. In line with their sustainability mission, the club has committed to wearing the same home kit for two seasons to reduce waste and avoid yearly redesigns.

Forest Green’s Chairman Dale Vince explained that even the dyes used in the kit are plant-based, ensuring full vegan certification. The shirts are also recyclable and will be repurposed by Reflo into future items. In past seasons, the club had experimented with bamboo and coffee-based materials, pushing the limits of eco-friendly innovation.

Now playing in the National League after missing out on promotion last season, Forest Green Rovers begin their campaign on August 9 against Solihull Moors. With Robbie Savage taking charge as manager, the club is aiming for a return to the English Football League. The kits are now available for purchase on the club’s website, marking another step in Forest Green’s journey as football’s most sustainable club.
