Juventus are nearing a permanent move for Jadon Sancho, offering £25 to £30 million to Manchester United. Chelsea declined to keep him after a loan stint, citing his £10 million salary. Sancho is willing to take a 50% pay cut, while Juventus plan to offload Nicolas Gonzalez to accommodate the English winger.

With the transfer window heating up, Juventus have emerged as a strong contender to sign Jadon Sancho from Manchester United. The 25-year-old winger, who recently completed a loan stint at Chelsea, has been allowed to skip Manchester United’s pre-season training at Carrington, signalling that the club no longer sees him in their future plans.

According to Tuttosport, Juventus are “actively working” on a permanent deal for Sancho, with negotiations already underway. Manchester United are reportedly open to selling the English winger for a fee between £25 and £30 million. Chelsea had an option to buy him permanently but instead chose to pay compensation to avoid activating the clause, citing concerns over his reported £10 million annual salary. Juventus, optimistic about finalizing the move, are banking on Sancho’s willingness to take a 50 percent pay cut to facilitate the transfer.

The Italian side is also looking to offload Argentine winger Nicolas Gonzalez, whose limited impact during the Club World Cup has left the club unimpressed. His departure would free up significant wage space, making room for Sancho’s arrival. If completed, the move would offer Sancho a fresh start in Serie A, away from the pressures of the Premier League, and provide Juventus a much-needed attacking boost.
